    What we do

    Six services, one delivery team

Strategy, architecture, engineering and operations under one roof — so nothing gets lost in the handover between vendors.

    Cloud Security

Secure your cloud. Protect your future. Identity, network and data controls built into your cloud from the first deployment — not audited in afterwards.

    • IAM hardening and least-privilege design
    • Posture management and misconfiguration alerts
    • Encryption, secrets and key management

    Mobile App Development

Android & iOS apps that drive results. Native and cross-platform products designed for retention, shipped through a release process that never blocks the roadmap.

    • Native Swift & Kotlin, or Flutter / React Native
    • API and backend engineering included
    • Store submission, analytics and staged rollouts

    DevOps

CI/CD pipelines & infrastructure management. Pipelines that turn a merge into a safe production release, and infrastructure you can rebuild from code.

    • CI/CD with automated testing and rollback
    • Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
    • Monitoring, alerting and on-call runbooks

    AWS

Cloud solutions built for performance & scale. Well-architected AWS environments — migrated, tuned and cost-optimised by certified engineers.

    • Migration and multi-account landing zones
    • Serverless, containers and managed databases
    • FinOps: right-sizing and commitment planning

    Solution Architecture

Scalable, secure & future-ready designs. The blueprint before the build: system design that survives your next ten times of growth.

    • Domain modelling and integration design
    • Resilience, DR and capacity planning
    • Technology selection with cost modelling

    Technology Consulting

Strategy, innovation & digital transformation. Senior advice on what to build, what to buy and what to retire — with a costed roadmap attached.

    • Technology audits and due diligence
    • Modernisation and transformation roadmaps
    • Team enablement and CTO-as-a-service
    How we deliver

    Consult. Architect.
    Build. Operate.

Every engagement runs through the same four stages — so you always know which stage you are in, what it produces and who owns it.

    Discovery & audit

    stage 01

Before a line of code we map what the business needs, what already exists and what is genuinely worth building. Often the most valuable output is the list of things you do not need.

    • Honest audit of code, cloud spend and delivery bottlenecks
    • Build-versus-buy recommendation in writing

    Architecture review

    stage 02

Architecture decisions are the expensive ones to reverse. We document them, model the cost and pressure-test them against growth, failure and audit before anyone starts building.

    Sprint delivery

    stage 03

Cross-functional squads with a named lead, a shared backlog and a demo you can click at the end of every sprint. No six-month silence followed by a surprise.

    Managed operations

    stage 04

Launch is the start of the work, not the end. We run what we build — monitoring, patching, scaling and cost tuning under an agreed SLA, with a named engineer you can actually reach.

    Why MRP

Engineers who stay for the operate phase

Plenty of agencies can build an app. Far fewer will still be on the call at 2 a.m. six months later when it needs to scale.

    One accountable team

Architecture, development, cloud and security sit in the same squad. No finger-pointing between vendors when something breaks.

    Transparent delivery

Shared boards, weekly demos and a live dashboard for uptime, deployments and spend. You never have to ask for a status update.

    Code and cloud stay yours

Your repositories, your AWS accounts, full documentation. Nothing is locked behind our licence or our people.

    Measurable outcomes

Faster releases. Lower spend. Fewer surprises.

Our first ninety days are designed to prove value in numbers your finance team recognises — not in a glossary of acronyms.

    • 4× more frequent production releases after pipeline automation
    • 27% average AWS saving from right-sizing and commitment planning
    • 38% faster mean time to recovery with proper monitoring in place

    Engagement path

From first call to first release in 30 days

A predictable start with fixed checkpoints, so you always know what happens next and who owns it.

    01

    Discovery call

Forty minutes with a senior engineer to understand the goal, the constraints and the deadline.

    02

    Proposal

Scope, architecture outline, timeline and fixed commercials — usually within five working days.

    03

    Sprint zero

Environments, pipelines and the first working slice of the product, demonstrated live.

    04

    Build & operate

Two-week sprints, continuous delivery and managed support once you are in production.

    Client voices

    What partnership actually feels like

They rebuilt our release process in three weeks. We went from dreading deployments to doing them before lunch.

The architecture review paid for itself twice over — once in AWS savings, and again when we scaled through a launch without touching a thing.

The difference is accountability. One team owns the app, the cloud and the pipeline — and they are still here a year after launch.

    Common questions

    Before you get in touch

Projects are fixed-price against an agreed scope, so you know the number before we start. Longer or evolving work runs as a monthly squad rate, and managed support is a fixed monthly fee based on the environment we look after. Whichever model you pick, there are no hidden change-request charges for things we should have anticipated.

Always. Code lives in your repositories, infrastructure runs in your AWS accounts, and every architecture decision is documented in your own wiki. If you ever want to bring the work in-house, you can do it without asking us for anything.

Yes — roughly half our engagements are embedded. Our engineers join your standups, your board and your repositories, and we deliberately pair with your developers so capability stays behind when we leave.

A discovery call happens within a couple of days. For most projects, sprint zero begins two to three weeks after the proposal is signed. Urgent production issues and short audits can usually start the same week.

You choose. Some clients take full ownership with a handover and training package; most keep us on a managed support retainer covering monitoring, patching, scaling and a monthly improvement budget. Either way, the documentation is the same.

Tell us what you are building

Forty minutes with a senior engineer, a written recommendation afterwards, and a fixed quote if it makes sense to work together.

No obligation. No sales sequence. Just an honest answer.
